Haze in Singapore today

🦦 Want today's haze reading? Haze Buddy shows NEA's live readings for all five regions, updated through the day, with a simple green, yellow or red answer for parents.

How to check in 10 seconds

  1. Open the live haze map.
  2. Find your region: North, South, East, West or Central.
  3. Read the big number. That is the 1-hour PM2.5 in µg/m³, the air right now.
  4. Check the colour: green for normal play, yellow for best to stay indoors, red for indoors.

What the colours are based on

Our colours follow the MOH and NEA bands. MOH says a 24-hour PSI of 101 and above is unhealthy, and NEA's 1-hour PM2.5 Band 2 (Elevated) starts at 56 µg/m³. We use whichever of the two readings is worse. For the full advice table see Is it safe for kids to play outside?
